Katherine has acquired in-depth knowledge in providing all levels and categories of training, including stretching, strength building, and better awareness.

Yoga Teacher

Melody Ngai

Yoga Teacher

Yonex Ho

Starting a regular basis of yoga practice since 2018, Yonex has always enjoyed the bliss and joy yoga brings into her life. It also inspires her to spread the positivity and its influence on people who may be interested in knowing more about yoga practice.

As a dedicated and passionate practitioner of yoga, yoga means so much more than a sport to Yonex. It is also a practice to condition her mind, and a training that she adheres to for strengthening her physical health and mental health. She started yoga with the sole intention to improve her flexibility and strength, little did she know how a consistent yoga practice actually benefits her whole- person development. To Yonex, yoga will never be restricted by anything- not your age, not the years of practice, and certainly not the capability of your body. It is her hope to manifest the positive energy to all her students on the mats.

Yonex strongly believes that the physical postures are closely connected to the spiritual mind of a person, and the effects are always mutual. It is also her intention in assisting other’s yoga practice- to help them connect the mind and body through assistance of the physical movements, and to achieve a better wellness as a whole.

Yoga Teacher

Hayley So

Hayley first started stepped onto the yoga mat in 2017 after university. She has never been a flexible and strong person and came to yoga simply for the sake of finding inner peace during the practice. However, throughout her yoga journey, she has known more about her own body by listening to it in every single practice. Yoga not only helps her in gaining physical strength but also self-awareness, patience, and persistence.

Wanting to deepen her practice and knowledge of yoga, she joined the yoga teacher training with Katherine Lee. Katherine has inspired her with the real meaning of yoga and the ways to share her practice with other yoga practitioners. Hayley’s teaching focuses on physical and mental strength and assists students to unify their bodies, mind, and soul.

Yoga Teacher

Meko Woo

Meko began her yoga journey in 2019. With more than 10 years contemporary dance experience, she wanted to try something different. At the beginning, she only attended yoga classes for fun. Soon, she gained her flexibility and strength little by little through continuous practices. Practicing yoga not only benefits her physically, it is also an outlet from her stressful work. In order to deepen her knowledge of yoga, she decided to challenge herself and participate in the RYT 200 training.

Besides practicing yoga, Meko is also an aerial lover. Among all the apparatus: aerial hammock, hoop and silk that she’s been doing, she loves hammock the most and she completed a 30-Hour Aerial Hammock Teacher Training in 2020.

Meko’s classes are fun and dynamic. She hopes to guide her students in cultivating an awareness of their own bodies that would serve them both physically and mentally.

Yoga Teacher

Vinchi Wong

Vinchi first discovered yoga for relaxation from her hectic PR work life. Soon, she realised yoga had so much more to offer besides stretching, which motivated her to commit to routine that connected her body and mind.

Having established a committed practice in 2018, she then deepened her knowledge by completing RYT200 in 2021. She is grateful to be embarking on a journey of teaching yoga and developing a more positive mindset as a yoga instructor.

She believes that if one can master their mind, they can conquer their body, and thus other challenges in life. During each practice, she will lead students to go deeper, and also aim to build awareness beyond the mat. With a blend of mindful breathing, expect her classes with lofi beats in a dynamic, feel-good flow.
